These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lick91 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at lick91.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the lick91 website, its services, games, betting markets, promotional offers and any related features made available to users.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager — regardless of whether a deposit has been made — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally accept them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated or paraphrased version appearing elsewhere, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

To register and maintain an account on lick91, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed with immediate effect and any deposits returned.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction in which you are located and from which you are accessing the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining your legal position. lick91 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any particular location, including Pakistan.
• Single Account: You are permitted to maintain one registered account only. Any attempt to create multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform or any related operator property, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily due to breach of these Terms.
• Own Name and Funds: You must register and play using your own legal name. You must only use funds that belong to you and that have not been obtained through unlawful means.

Account registration requires submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You agree that all information provided is truthful, current and complete, and you undertake to update it promptly if any details change.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

The Platform reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Documents typically required include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Computerised National Identity Card — CNIC — for Pakistani residents)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement header)
• Any additional documentation required to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) or fraud-prevention obligations

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, if the delay is prolonged, potential account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. lick91 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options. You agree to notify the Platform immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. lick91 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to take reasonable security precautions.

Deposits to your lick91 account must be made using payment methods currently listed in the live cashier. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. The Platform accepts PKR-denominated deposits where supported by the relevant payment provider.

5.1 Payment Method References

Pakistani users may be familiar with payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These payment service names are referenced here for contextual familiarity only. lick91 makes no representation that any of these providers permit or support gambling-related transactions, endorse this Platform, or are affiliated with it in any way. Users must independently verify their chosen payment provider's terms before initiating a transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposits and Fees

Minimum deposit amounts and applicable transaction fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These figures are indicative only and subject to change. PKR equivalent figures shown in the cashier are calculated at the time of transaction and may fluctuate where currency conversion applies.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits must only be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be completed:

• Account Verification: KYC verification must be complete. Unverified accounts will not be processed for withdrawal.
• Bonus Compliance: Any active bonus must have its associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-linked funds can proceed.
• Identity Match: The name on the withdrawal destination (bank account, mobile wallet or other method) must exactly match the registered account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Account Standing: The account must be in good standing with no unresolved disputes, pending investigations or compliance holds.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum amount specified in the cashier at the time of the request.

lick91 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the selected method, operator review procedures and KYC status. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

lick91 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, referral rewards, loyalty credits or other promotional incentives to users. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means the bonus amount multiplied by 20 must be wagered in total). Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires PKR 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or spin. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Check individual promotion terms for the applicable maximum.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games, live dealer and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–50%). Always check the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry a validity period, beginning from the date of credit. Any bonus or associated winnings not subject to completed wagering by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky: Some bonuses are "sticky" — meaning the bonus principal cannot itself be withdrawn, only winnings derived from it. Non-sticky bonuses are added to the real-money balance once wagering is complete. The type applicable to each promotion will be specified in its individual terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Individual promotions may cap the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus play (e.g., 5× the bonus amount). Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 5× cap allows a maximum of PKR 5,000 in bonus-derived withdrawals, regardless of actual winnings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

lick91 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably concludes that a user has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk hedging strategies during bonus play, or colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers.

All PKR figures in this section are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus amounts, wagering requirements and limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Always read the full applicable T&C before claiming a bonus.

All games and betting markets available on lick91 are subject to the specific rules of each individual game or sport, as published in the relevant game interface or sports betting section. The following general provisions apply across all game categories:

• Bets placed and accepted are final. lick91 does not accept cancellations or reversals of placed bets except in cases of manifest system error or where explicitly permitted under sport-specific rules.
• lick91 reserves the right to void any bet, wager or game round where a technical malfunction, data feed error or other platform anomaly has materially affected the outcome.
• Displayed odds, RTP percentages and game statistics are provided for informational purposes only. Illustrative or average figures do not guarantee individual player outcomes. Gambling involves inherent financial risk.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are governed by the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. Markets that cannot be settled due to match abandonment, cancellation or incomplete play will be handled per those rules.
• Esports, virtual sports and crash game titles may have additional product-specific rules published within the respective game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per person or household
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
• Using automated scripts, bots or third-party software to interact with games or betting markets
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of manipulation of sports or game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or mathematical vulnerabilities in game logic
• Depositing, transacting or playing with funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Threatening, abusing or harassing Platform staff, support agents or other users
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while attempting to conceal your true location
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written authorisation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting any part of the Platform's software or game logic
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design
• Scraping, crawling or automated extraction of data from the Platform

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lick91, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from normal game outcomes
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Losses arising from technical failures, system interruptions, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game data or RTP figures resulting from third-party data provider inaccuracies
• Actions taken by payment providers in relation to gambling transactions, including but not limited to declined transactions, withheld funds or account restrictions imposed by Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment service
• Legal consequences arising from your accessing or using the Platform in jurisdictions where gambling is restricted or prohibited

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lick91 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

lick91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match manipulation or other unlawful activity
• Discovery that the account holder is under the minimum eligible age
• Discovery that the account holder is located in a Restricted Territory
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account restriction

Upon account termination for cause, the Platform reserves the right to void outstanding bonus balances and any winnings derived from gameplay that violated these Terms. Real-money deposits may be returned at the Platform's discretion following any applicable investigations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lick91 holds its operating licence, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: your use of the Platform is also subject to applicable Pakistani law, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. lick91 does not provide legal advice.
